Job Title: Business Development

Job Summary: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to secure appointments for a free consultation for the sales team. You will utilize persuasive communication skills to engage leads, generate interest, and ultimately secure appointments for sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.

Secure appointments for sales representatives.

Understand customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.

Answer questions about services.

Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during calls.

Record and update customer information in the database.

Achieve appointment targets and quotas.

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Handle objections and resolve customer complaints.

Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.

Persistence and resilience in handling rejection.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Remote home office-based.
