Traveling Maintenance Worker at Self Storage Facility

We are seeking a Maintenance Worker For Self Storage to become a part of our team! This is a full-time floater position with 40 hours per week. Serious inquiries only. Please apply online at

You will perform the necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

Repair minor issues with equipment and buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion

Order and replace broken parts or equipment

Maintain a clean and a safe workspace

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

The position works under the direction of the Property Manager and the District Manager. It provides services for single or multiple locations within a District. Maintenance Workers, who work 30 or more standard hours weekly, are eligible for health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), paid vacations, and holiday.
