Limo Dispatcher

We are a 15 year old premier transportation and the Chicago's highest rated limousine company. Being a fair and transparent company, the team is compensated based on its merits; no favoritism or nepotism here.

Minimum 1 year experience with limo dispatch or taxi dispatch required.

Pay:

$17 to $24 per hour, based on experience and capacity to learn.

Your job will be to provide the highest level of service to high-profile clients in accordance with company values and policies. This is a forward thinking, technological and fast paced environment. Must be able to work independently and as part of an efficient team. A very strong ethic is required. We do offer a relaxed work environment with minimal interference from management. Everything is geared towards efficiency, working independently as a team.

Responsibilities:

- Dispatching for the current days and scheduling trips for future dates

- Taking reservations via phone, email, text

- Data entry, Internet browsing and use of various software programs

- Basic Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel & Word)

Qualifications:

- High school graduates

- Minimum 1 year experience with limo dispatch or taxi dispatch required.

- Chicago geography is a must: major highways, travel times to and from the airports, major suburbs location, daily traffic patterns.

- Strong PC skills / typing skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Customer service orientation and diplomacy

- Multi-tasking capability

- Detail oriented

- Great work ethic

Requirements:

- You must pass a pre-employment test, phone interview.

- Weekends are a must; either Saturday, Sunday or both will be required; 40 hours weekly.

- Must be flexible with your schedule, morning, afternoon or evening shifts possible.
