Carpenter - Residential Construction

We are hoping to find a positive-minded, responsible and self-motivated Lead Carpenter to join our crew. 10+ years experience is preferable. Pay is based on experience, ability, and responsibilities, ranging from $30 to $40 per hour. Additionally, we offer 2+ weeks of PTO and paid Holidays.

We are a small, tight-knit company of about 5-10 employees. Our specialities include high performance structures, historic homes, and sustainable design. Many of our projects incorporate salvaged building resources alongside contemporary techniques and materials. We prefer projects with a heavy focus on good design, and delightful use of smaller spaces. Our work sites foster a spirit of collaboration and inclusivity.
