It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant who will support the Commercial Banking Diverse Segments team to provide insights based upon data-driven analysis that drive the Commercial Banking's diverse client strategies, initiatives, and programs.In this role, you will:

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs.

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise.

Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities.

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise.

Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed.

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.

Develop specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses and/or data visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, and other tools as appropriate. Ability to leverage SQL is preferred, but not required.

Work with senior consultants or directly with partners, responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and recommendations.

Ensure data integrity and security. This role requires working with sensitive data in a highly regulated and controlled environment. Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies.

Apply knowledge of business, customers, and/or products/services/portfolios to synthesize data to 'form a story' and align information to contrast/compared to industry perspective. Create presentations and deliver directly to internal customers.

Create and/or facilitate the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or advanced data visualization.

Support Commercial Banking (CB) analytic initiatives and overall transformation efforts.

Perform research within Business Growth Strategy functional area, identifying and selecting best channels and product combinations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of coverage in marketplace and to meet the unique needs of customers.

Collaborate and consult with Business Growth Strategy managers, colleagues, stakeholders, bankers, brokers, and both business and community leaders, including internal or external customers to grow market share and meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint online)

Experience with data and analysis, coupled with creative problem solving and ability to identify trends and insights.

Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), and data sources (Dunn & Bradstreet, Equilar, etc).

Thoughtful communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with technical partners and articulate data needs.

Experience with ensuring data integrity and security. This role requires working with sensitive data in a highly regulated and controlled environment. Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies.

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
