Description“We Push the Boundaries of Possibilities for our Communities.”Overview of the Position Responsibilities : The MDU Account Executive implements sales strategies aimed at providing service to residential multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties maximizing product and service penetration and generating new revenue. A MDU Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up on opportunities, negotiating, and offering quotes to establish access agreements with Multi-Dwelling Units. Additionally, the employee in this position must be willing to host/sponsor agreed upon events to promote Bluepeak and its services when necessary.Be part of our innovation- building and delivering a fiber-rich internet connection to people’s doorsteps.What You Will Do:

Develops and maintains a sales funnel - visits or telephones potential customers to discuss service needs; follow up on leads generated by marketing activities; develop referrals and make contact to other potential candidates in assigned territory

Sell bulk fiber service to multi-dwelling units when appropriate

Describe and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of Bluepeak product offerings, services, and billing procedures

Achieve and exceed personal sales quota and company-established homes passed objectives and sales production standards with a focus on new customers

Provide assessment of customer premises to identify special wiring or hardware needs to ensure timely and efficient installations

Conduct presentations to managers and developers, and attends meetings and social functions to maintain a high level of visibility for the company

Communicate progress and results with sales leadership through Salesforce by maintaining records and inputting data on sales activities

Create and work promotional events, including evening and weekend times

Participate in the development and implementation of the business strategy for the region

Attend all scheduled meetings; includes daily sales meetings, monthly employee meetings, and any other company functions or scheduled sales meetings

Responsible for networking with Apartment/Townhome industry professionals

Duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree in sales, marketing or business preferred

A minimum of 2 years professional sales experience is required

Well-spoken individual with thorough communication skills that will help maintain good standing with customers and attract new customers as well

Salesforce experience preferred

Five years of experience in sales preferably in telecommunications and/or Multifamily housing or property management

Ability to make credible presentations of financial offers and the ability to interact effectively with various levels of individuals from executives to leasing agents to end-users

Must be able to consistently represent Bluepeak in a positive and professional manner

Must possess a high level of initiative along with the ability to follow through on completion of duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision

Must be detailed oriented

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation

Must be a self-starter able to work in a team environment

Ability to work occasional weekend events is required

Excellent organization skills

MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, OneNote.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Regularly required to talk and hear.

Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull and walk.

Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.

Required to use close vision and be able to focus.

Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.

Required to lift up to15lbs at a given time.
