Key Responsibilities:

Prep assigned station mise en place.

During service, efficiently receive and fulfill ticket orders from the Chef/Expeditor.

Execute assigned station dishes to meet standards of Chef. Includes grilling, saute, pasta-cooking and vegetable-focused preparations.

Maintain an organized and clean station in accordance with Department of Health and kitchen standards.

Prepare family meal.

Breaking down and cleaning your stations at the end of service.

Assist with training new team members.
