General Manager Needed

We are looking for an experienced general manager for an established Mexican Eatery in Park Slope. We will consider AGM experience looking to transition into a GM role as well.

Qualifications-

Excellent Communication Skills- Must be able to lead the team through positive reinforcement and a great attitude.

Works well and remains calm under pressure

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, 7 Shifts, Open Table, third-party delivery apps & Toast

Knowledge of spirits (especially tequila and mezcal) a plus

Knowledge of Mexican food a plus

Has or is willing to obtain a food handler's license within 60 days of hire

Spanish speaking a huge plus but not a deal breaker.

Please have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting. Prefer candidates who are cross trained as either servers or bartenders.

Hours- 45-55 hours per week.

Pay- $75-$85k DOE
