Front of the House Shift Lead ($22-$25/hr base + tips)

Bull City Solera and Taproom located on University Drive in Durham is seeking an experienced Front of the House Shift Lead. We offer counter-style service where orders are taken at the entrance, and then we deliver the food to the tables inside and outside. The ideal candidate has at least one year of restaurant experience, understands hospitality and making people happy, and has knowledge of craft beer, craft cocktails, and can speak about food with passion. You will be responsible for ordering paper goods and bar supplies. There are daily checklists to complete each shift. Your responsibilities include helping to open and close the restaurant. We offer a base rate plus tip pool, unique perks and benefits, as well as flexibility. Must be able to work a combination of days, nights, and be available to work weekend shifts.
