Collections Specialist - B2B

A mid-size manufacturing company in Exton, PA is looking to hire a qualified collections specialist to join their team. This is a temp to perm opportunity and is a great way to get your foot in the door with a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

- Collecting on past due business to business accounts

- Processing payments by phone

- Reviewing and updating aging reports

- Working with the AR team directly for billing and invoicing discrepancies

- Negotiating payment terms

Experience:

- Proven experience in business to business collections

- Strong Excel skills a plus

- AR and customer service background a plus
