Automotive Service Advisor / Asst. Manager

Assistant Manager / Service Advisor needed.

Position involves:

Opening and closing.

Discussing automotive concerns with customers.

Writing accurate estimates with RO Writer Shop Management software.

Discussing necessary repairs and maintenance and obtaining repair authorizations.

Sourcing and ordering parts from our vendors.

Assisting the management of shop flow.

Assist in managing Technicians workload.

Delivery of the vehicle back to the customer once repairs are verified and complete.

Must be willing to obtain a State Inspectors License.

Great organizational skills, friendly personality and phone etiquette are a must.

7am-6pm Monday-Friday

We are a 35 year old business with a great reputation. No unnecessary selling is involved or tolerated.

Must have related experience in an automotive repair shop, business specific training will be provided.
