Packaging/Shipping-Receiving

Pipe shop has an opening in the packaging department. Job will center mostly around packaging & shipping, and will include some driving for deliveries. Valid drivers license and clean driving record a must.

We are a pipe nipple manufacturer, so the job is dirty. We do not provide uniforms (uniforms are not required but a dedicated wardrobe is recommended). Must be able to be on your feet all day, and lift 25 lbs.

Duties might include but not limited to: counting, sorting & boxing, washing pipe, using hoist, centrifuge, box cutters, tape machines, automated box machine, labeling, UPS/FedEx software, learning our ERP system, learning product, forklift and driving. Knowing how to read a ruler is a must. Knowing fractions and decimals is a huge part of the job. All paperwork is written in English. Accuracy is crucial in this job.

Valid drivers license required, but CDL is not required.

Hours are M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm with two 15-minute breaks and half hour lunch. After probation period, candidate will qualify for monthly bonus program, healthcare & 401k. One week vacation earned after a year of employment.
