Electric Bike Sales & Customer Service

Pedego Denver, located just south of Downtown, is looking for passionate riders with sales experience who loves serving a wide range of customers in a fun environment. Our sales philosophy centers on partnering with our customer to understand their needs, gain their trust, and help equip them to have a better life on an electric bike. Skills:

Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable communication about products and services, tours and rentals.

Bike and accessory sales.

Bike fitting and assisting customers with test ride and rentals.

New owner’s registration, documentation and follow-up.

Evaluate equipment service issues by interacting with customers and assessing equipment.

Expectations:

Motivated self-starter.

High level of customer service and attention to detail.

Computer (POS) experience.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

1+ years’ experience in a retail sales, mechanical skills are a plus.

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and must already be able to ride a bicycle.

Competitive Hourly Wage and Comission Paid on Sales

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
