$21-$25/HR Quality Assurance Lead Inspector Needed (Anaheim, Ca)

We are a vitamin manufacturing warehouse in the city of Anaheim who is currently looking for a 1st shift Quality Assurance Lead Inspector.

The QA Lead Inspector performs independent inspection functions to verify product conforms to specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs and documents a wide variety of inspections, checks, tests and sampling procedures from incoming receipt to packaging and distribution

Assists and support QA/QC Director in the oversight of QA activities and training

Monitors all aspects of production to assure adherence to cGMP and SOPs

Performs line clearance for removal of all previous products, components and foreign materials

Performs first article and in-process inspections

Communicates non-conformances to Supervisor and recommends corrective actions

Performs reconciliation and closing of batch records

Assists management in conducting inquiries and investigations

Ensures timely release of finished goods

Maintains quality records, reports, logs, and retention samples

Coordinates destruction of expired records, documents and products

Assists in preparation of customer and regulatory audits

Qualifications:

Previous Quality Assurance experience

1–2-year experience.

Supplement/ Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus.

Working knowledge of GMPs and FDA regulations

Microsoft Word and Excel

Reliable

Bilingual-Spanish

Schedule 7am-3:30 pm (OT as needed)

Pay Rate: $21-25 /HR
