POWDER COAT APPLICATOR

On Premise Products is looking to hire powder coaters and metal preparation positions. 1st shift 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. The applicant is responsible for preparing metal parts and applying powder coat.

Essential Functions

- Complete prep and application process of powder coating.

- - Set up and operate variety hand tools.

- Perform in process quality assurance activities and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards

- Removes minor imperfections by use of mechanical or manual methods according to approved process instructions

-Experience with tools, grinders.

Experience, and Skills

- Experience with at least 3 years with powder coating equipment or metal preparation

- Must have strong English communication skills to understand verbal and written instructions
