Guest Services Spa Coordinator (PT)

Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary is a 30+ year locally owned business and a nationally known leader in the sustainable spa world, with a down to earth, non-corporate community feel. Our enthusiastic Guest Services staff is friendly, loves to serve our guests, and strives to provide the ultimate healing environment. The ideal PT Spa Coordinator candidate will have excellent customer service skills and demonstrated abilities to work well within a team. We are looking for a compassionate professional who can exceed client expectations in a fast paced environment with excellent attention to detail. Candidates must have strong computer skills and an excellent phone demeanor and must be able to multitask effectively and comfortably. We are seeking candidates with availability for Friday and Saturday afternoon-evening shifts with availability to sub on weekdays as needed. This is a PT position.

The starting wage is $20.00 per hour plus, after a 30 day waiting period, an additional monthly bonus which is based on the volume of business and hours worked, and adds an average additional $4-6 to the base hourly. New staff are eligible for a wage increase after the successful completion of the first 90 days and annual increases upon successful yearly reviews.
