We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and professional esthetician to join our team. As an esthetician at our establishment, you will be responsible for providing a range of skincare services to our valued clientele. We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals.

Responsibilities:

Perform various skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing services.

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

Customize skincare regimens and provide product recommendations based on individual skin types and concerns.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining inventory of skincare products.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in skincare technology and techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

Skincare Specialist Esthetician license/certification in the state Florida (required).

Proven experience working as an esthetician in a reputable establishment.

In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
