We are now hiring Servers and Bussers at The Central in the historic Peekskill Train Station. The Central is a Bistro, Lounge and Cafe. Seeking hard working individuals who want to be part of a very busy location.

We believe in a team that works together to not only succeed but to enjoy their time at work. We are hiring for all shifts, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available. Experience is a plus, but we will train great candidates. All are welcome to apply. Full and part time available.
