Need help with power wash and patch small part of roof

Need someone to soft clean my house and garage and patch a shingle on the roof. I had a contractor here and so that he could get a roof job, pull off my shingles. The roof is old but not leaking Not looking for a roof job until the fall. I need it done for homeowners insurance. Need someone today or tomorrow. Paid Cash
