We're on the lookout for an outstanding candidate to become part of our team as a Housekeeper. We seek someone diligent, dedicated to our principles, and committed to upholding the impeccable standards of cleanliness in our residences.

This role is seasonal, with recruitment currently underway and anticipated employment concluding around 10/31/24. While there's no guarantee of continued employment beyond this period, there could be chances for further opportunities either within this role or others within the company.

Compensation

$19 / hour

$500 SIGN ON BONUS! Paid in two segments - $250 paid after 30 days of employment. $250 paid after 90 days of employment.

Up to $100 a week car allowance for eligible employees.

What You’ll Do

Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of Air Hostd properties to our high standards, using the appropriate cleaning methods and tools.

Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing surfaces throughout the properties.

Rearrange furniture as needed to access and clean underneath and behind.

Assist with laundry tasks as required to ensure the properties are well-maintained.

Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and owners by consistently providing clean and cared-for accommodations.

Conduct thorough inspections of properties, documenting any damages with photographs and initiating maintenance requests as necessary.

Handle waste disposal and maintain tidiness throughout the properties.

Meet established Housekeeping performance metrics to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Attend both individual and team meetings as scheduled.

Replenish essential supplies such as toiletries and paper products to uphold guest satisfaction.

Assist with outdoor maintenance tasks as needed, with training provided onsite.

Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned, adapting to the varied demands of the role.


Qualifications

Have a reliable car or van that fits our logo magnet.

Own a smartphone and have an email address.

Be available to work weekends.

No experience needed—we'll train you!

Be able to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and lift over 30 pounds.
