Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

1. You must have an existing business entity. You'd be shooting as a freelancer (vendor) and invoicing for services. 2. You'll need your own photographic gear suitable for real estate photography and/or videography. 3. You either need to be very experienced or willing to learn quickly. The ideal person for this job is a new real estate photographer that's just getting started or an experienced shooter looking for more work. 4. You'd be shooting only and uploading files daily. We'll handle editing and delivery. 5. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Must have high speed internet connection. 7. You'll need a dependable vehicle and be willing to travel to various areas in LA and Orange Counties. 8. You must be a licensed drone pilot with your own drone. 9. It's helpful if you have some experience with Matterport virtual tours. 10. Many of our real estate shoots take place at twilight, so you must be willing to work into the evenings. 11. The primary role here is photography, but very helpful if you can shoot video too. Thank you!
