Carpenter/Home Builder

Looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. Must be able to work on remodels and new residential construction.

Responsibilities:

-Form foundations including rebar.

- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to blueprints, sketches, or specific instructions

- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding

- Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and roofs

-Setting posts and fence building

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

- Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently

-Electrical and Plumbing experience a PLUS!

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role

- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools

- Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques

- Familiarity with fixture installation procedures

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
