Looking for a make up artist for a newly formed SCARE CLUB

I am looking for a on-call make up artist for our new scare club, in which will make up several of our actors for various venues and special events and parties also with doing in-house promotions for the club. Compensation will be based on the number of actors that will be made up per event. Must be flexible schedule in which 5 day prior notice will be assigned to the artist in this situation when the club recieves more gigs the club will need additional artists in which too accommodate the schedule.
