HELP US RUN OUR OFFICE - Office Administration
General Contractor seeking a reliable and experienced individual for office daily tasks:
- Phone and email communications
- Filing of documents and master file communications
- Organization of office requirements - as needed each day
- Assistance of VP of Operations - tasks as needed per direction
- Must have daily transportation
- Must be english fluent and a US citizen
- Attention to detail in operations and proper admin support is a must
- Computer proficiency - Microsoft Word, Excel and Sharepoint
