Tax Preparer

J.M. Knoll is a Business Services Firm that specializes in tax, accounting, and payroll services.

We are seeking a full or part-time year-round tax preparer, who can prepare tax returns and supporting workpapers for a variety of complex individual and business returns.

This position has flexibility and could be hybrid after 6 months of training.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations

Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation for tax returns

Work closely with team members

Candidate Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

· CPA or EA

· Experience in public accounting is helpful

· Strong analytical, technical skills in accounting and tax preparation

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient with technology skills – CCH Axcess tax software, and Office 365

· Experience with QuickBooks a plus
