Condustrial Inc. is now hiring multiple trades for Major Construction projects in and around the Charlotte, NC area.

- Concrete Foreman - Must have 5+ years exp. in construction. CLEAN MVR. Must be willing to travel (southeast US). Need exp. using boom lifts,reading plans, exp grutting, with precast, floor repair in an industrial or power plant setting. Will supervise and perform required structural concrete repairs, do QC, mat. handling, daily paperwork, etc.

- Concrete Laborer - Must be a team player (have the right attitude), be able to lift up to 70lbs, work in all weather conditions, and needs to be able to maintain the jobsite in an orderly fashion. Must have your own basic tools (hammer, wrench, toolbelt, etc)

Admin - Must have High School Diploma. Will manage project documentation, budget tracking, procurement activities. Must be proficient in QuickBooks & Microsoft office.

- Field Steel Worker - Lancaster, SC - Must have structural Steel experience and knowledge in Mig Stick

- Shop Fabricator - Lancaster, SC - Must have experience with structural steel, stairs, handrails, guardrails, etc. Must know how to read fabrication blueprints.

- Experienced Cabinet Finisher - Must be highly skilled in various types of sanding, repairs, finishing prep, staining, spraying, stain mixing, etc. Seeking someone who is attentive to detail, can determine quality control decisions and

understands when something needs to be corrected. Must be capable of training other production workers.

FOR THESE YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD AS YOU WILL BE DRIVING COMPANY VEHICLES

-Carpentry/Installation team member - Charlotte, NC - Must have a clean background as well. You must have your own power and hand tools.

- Countertop Installation Helpers and Leads - Charlotte, NC - Seeking a clean cut candidate to represent us in our customers' homes. Must be able to consistently lift 75Lbs. Carpentry and prior cabinet experience is a plus!

- Water/Mold Damage Clean Up Laborer - Charlotte, NC - Must be able to work in a crawl space, must have a professional, clean cut look.

Other Positions:

- Water Well Driller - Charlotte, NC - Seeking a Highly skilled water well driller with a Class A-D License in NC or SC. Must have experience in wet rock coring, hydro factoring, jetting in wells, and packer and loner installations.

- Experienced Jarraff Operator - Charlotte, NC - Must be competent with Sennebogens/dedicated mulchers. Must be willing to travel throughout NC and SC.

- Local Rigger - Fort Mill, SC

- Riggers - Register, GA

- Millwright Journeyman - Rock Hill, SC - Must be able to read blueprints and schematics. Previous experience is REQUIRED

- Experienced Diesel Mechanic Road Tech (CDL A Required) - Fort Mill, SC

- Mason Helper - MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR FOR TRANSPORTATION AND SHORT HAIR - Monroe, NC

- Hydroblast Technician - Concord, NC - Must have hands on experience with hydroblasting equipment. Must be physically fit to be able to execute job duties.
