This is a hands-on position. You will make our award-winning sandwiches, interact with our customers, and meet with and assist our charity partners and vendors. Job Requirements

General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike's Subs restaurant. This includes:

Maintaining a clean restaurant and serving our sandwiches with exceptional attention to detail.

Store sales growth.

Providing quality service to customers, staff and vendors.

Handling employee development and training.

Maintaining profit margins by using successfully using your training and our systems and tools.

Completing inventories, staff schedules and other day to day forms and invoices.

Specific tasks may be delegated to properly trained managers as needed, but the ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager to make sure everything is done correctly and in a timely fashion.

Jersey Mike's Management experience is preferred.

Job Benefits:

$1,000 Bonus awarded upon successful completion of Management Training Program (Phase 1-3) and 90 days of employment.
