Senior Litigation Attorney

Correll Law Firm, PC, a leading Virginia Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm, is currently seeking a Senior Associate with at least five years of Civil Litigation experience. Our firm specializes in handling cases involving catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defects, and premises liability. We are in search of a dedicated attorney to manage all aspects of litigation from initial client intake through to trial.

As a Senior Associate, you will benefit from comprehensive support including paralegal, secretarial, pre-litigation, allowing you to concentrate on courtroom success. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000-$200,000+ depending on experience and qualifications, with an anticipated yearly salary of at least $150,000 when performance bonuses are included, along with an attractive benefits package. This package includes complete health, vision, and dental insurance (fully funded by the firm), bonus opportunities, professional development resources, and a referral program. Additionally, you will have the chance to attend our nationwide training opportunities.

With bonuses, there is no cap on salary.

Exemplary candidates do not require personal injury experience, we will teach that to you.

Requirements:

Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.

A minimum of five years of experience in Civil Litigation is required.

Salary:

$80,000 - $200,000+ per year
