To support the mission of Helio Health we are seeking dedicated and passionateMental Health/SUD Cliniciansto work Full-Timeproviding counseling to patients at ourOutreach and Engagementprogram in the community.Travel is required for this position, and vehicles are provided! The are two schedules available for this position,Tuesday-SaturdayorSunday-Thursday, 11:00am-7:30pm. In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time Licensed Counselors/Therapists are eligible for aSign-On incentivebetween$3,000-$8,000 depending upon licensure!Pay:$27.56 - $32.04 per hour. Responsibilities

Maintain a case load.

Perform essential counseling/therapist responsibilities including screening, intake and orientation, evaluation and intervention, treatment planning, referrals, crisis intervention, counseling, patient education, case management, reporting and record keeping.

Assist with the training of staff, volunteers and student interns as assigned.

Exhibit exemplary knowledge of the biopsychosocial process of substance use disorders/recovery, behavioral health, self-help group processes, and principles of counseling.

Relate effectively with staff, patients, and professional community while upholding appropriate standards of confidentiality.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid professional License (including but not limited to LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, RN, NP, etc.) or Credential (including but not limited to CASAC, CPP, CPS etc.).

Limited Permit (LP) Licenses are acceptable.

Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required.

One year counseling experience preferred.

Knowledge of addiction/recovery, behavioral health, self-help group process and principles of counseling.

An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for the educational requirements.

Proficiency with basic computer applications.
