Join the dedicated team at Jimmie Jack's Fishing Lodge's where commitment to excellence isn't just a phrase—it's our culture. We're looking for a dedicated Office member who is eager to uphold our commitment to excellence and ensure the happiness of our guests through their visit with us.

Position: Guest Receptionist and Office Assistant

Hours: 30-40 hrs/Week. Schedule may vary each week, but hours will be between 12pm-8pm (times can vary)

Schedule: 4-5 days a week, Seasonal (End of May – Last Week of August)

Salary Range: $15-17

Responsibilities

Check in all guest and give detailed orientation for their trip with us

Call guests to review itineraries, arrival times, and directions

Daily cleaning of office

Restock Merchandise, fold, nicely display

Record inventory and square use for merchandise sales

Communicate with lodges on guest arrival times and any special requests or situations

Be ready to do whatever is needed to ensure guests are taken care of

Qualifications:

Comfortable on computers, word, excel, crm's. (you will be learning how to use our systems)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent time management skills

Fast learner

Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an incredible guest experience.

Detail oriented.
