AmeriTemps is seeking a goal-oriented and assertive individual to fill the role of an Outside Sales Representative. If you have a passion for sales, and are driven by personal growth and income success, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Operating throughout the Greater Phoenix Area and surrounding cities, you'll be instrumental in forging strong relationships with our clients, demonstrating our commitment to service, and developing new client sales for our staffing agency.

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative

Travel extensively within the territory to engage current and prospective clients.

Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Formulate and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Uphold the company's professional image consistently, which includes adhering to company values, maintaining a professional demeanor in all client interactions, and dressing appropriately for client meetings.

Analyze competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations and finalize deals to build strong client relationships.

Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry.

Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative

A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous.

Experience in outside sales is desirable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with current technology and office equipment, including smartphones.

Fast and accurate typing skills (40 WPM minimum).

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

A detail-oriented approach to accurate record-keeping.

Resilience in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Experience in leadership roles is valued.

Physical capacity for frequent travel and activity.

A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Skills

Effective negotiation with a focus on customer service.

Outstanding interpersonal and presentation capabilities.

Compensation

A competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Commission incentives alongside the base pay.
