Join us to be a part of this exciting and monumental effort.This position will report to the Deputy Business Operations Manager and work with the Control Account Managers (CAMs) they support, alongside Program Analysts, Technical Managers, Cost / Earned Value Analysts, Financial Analysts, Project Schedulers, and all members of CACI’s Program Management Office (PMO). The Cost Control Financial Specialist will be a direct conduit with the CAMs in support of PMO teams, and a CACI Corporate Pricing point of contact. The PMO is responsible for executing CACI’s Performance Management and Earned Value Management System (EVMS), maintaining the program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), monitoring invoices, projecting expenditures, executing contract modifications, and forecasting and reporting the program’s cost/schedule/performance status to both the customer and CACI executives.More About the Role:

Provide project and cost support and coordination to this complex program.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of basis of estimates for multiple project actions.

Establish and maintain the basis of estimate tool for hypothetic programmatic costs and pricing efforts.

Serve as primary POC with the pricing group for all pricing-related actions needed.

Assist with the review and reporting of performance updates from the program’s CAMs in support of Business Team needs.

Provide support with the financial side of processing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) or other financial data needed to support CACI pricing of items requiring contract modifications.

Maintain rate information in coordination with Finance and Pricing and provide to the Cost / EV team.

Assist with the development, maintenance, and tracking of the program's cost and schedule baseline.

Monitor ongoing procedures (e.g., Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), Schedule Management, Variance Analysis) for efficiency/effectiveness, and coordinate with program control teams to recommend and implement process improvements.

May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.

Assist the Cost / EV Analysts to develop program-specific standards and process instructions for planning, scheduling, baseline control, EVMS, financial controls, subcontract cost integration, and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) compilation and analysis.

Attend monthly cost reviews and weekly contract meetings.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business management or a quantitative field (e.g., economics, mathematics, statistics, finance, or accounting) or a discipline that fosters problem solving, structured analysis and creativity.

Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience

Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, to include data scrubs and data validation.

Productive professional individual contributor

Ability to work independently with general supervision.

Ability to identify, analyze and determine a resolution for problems/questions that may be challenging.

Perform ad hoc analysis and prepare ad hoc performance reports.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government cost/schedule reporting regulations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with other MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint)

Ability to obtain interim Secret clearance.

Willing to obtain SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of starting.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Experience on large-scale software development projects and DoD Contracting environment.

Experience with formulating forecast models using historical information to estimate future cost/performance.

Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management Methodology definitions and calculations.

Advanced knowledge of Corporate Finance definitions, calculations, and procedures

Knowledge in drafting and submitting BOE Narratives

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Experience with Program Control software such as Deltek COBRA, Oracle Primavera, Deltek MPM, or Agile Lifecycle Manager

Active DoD Secret Clearance
