Mountain Avenue Market, Fort Collins' Food C-op, is seeking a Produce Manager with a passion for fresh food and a knack for organization. This is a great opportunity to use your skills and contribute to our mission of promoting healthy eating and supporting local agriculture.

What You'll Do:

Source Amazing Produce: Find the best seasonal fruits and veggies from local farms and trusted regional suppliers.

Manage Inventory: Keep track of what we have, what we need, and make sure everything is priced correctly. There will also be opportunities to be creative with products coordinated with the deli department.

Build Relationships: Get to know our farmers and suppliers and look for new opportunities to bring in fantastic produce.

Train the Team: Share your knowledge of produce and best practices with other members of the department.

Keep it Fresh: Make sure our produce displays look amazing and that everything is clearly labeled.

What We're Looking For:

Organization skills: You love keeping things tidy and making sure we never run out of the good stuff.

Passion for sustainability: You're excited about supporting local farms and making healthy food accessible.

Produce Know-How: You know your apples from your zucchini and understand how to keep things fresh.

Team Player: You're happy to jump in and help wherever needed and work well with others.

Positive Attitude: We communicate and problem solve often, so it’s important that we all stay solution-focused and respectful of the atmosphere others are working in.
