Customer Service Representative with Graphic Design experience (+)

Our printing company is seeking a creative customer-focused CSR to join our team that has some experience with Graphic Design. As a CSR, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the printing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat

-Process trade printing orders accurately and efficiently

-Coordinate with production team to ensure timely completion of orders

-Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support

-Resolve customer issues and address any concerns in a professional manner

-Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends

-Collaborate with sales team to effectively meet customer needs and drive business growth

Qualifications:

-2+ years of customer service experience

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Excellent organizational and time management abilities

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Print software, Adobe, Photoshop or similar programs is a plus+

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

-Knowledge of trade printing processes and products is a plus+
