Property Manager for Mixed Income/LIHTC Downtown Community

CFY Development, one of California’s leading developers of affordable housing, is now seeking an experienced, full-time, onsite manager for our downtown property, The Hardin Apartments.

The Hardin is a 137-unit, mixed income, LIHTC property located at 8th and K in Downtown Sacramento. The pet-friendly property offers Studios, 1- and 2-Bedroom apartment homes, with onsite laundry and parking. The Hardin features both market rate and LIHTC affordable housing.

The Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the community, including, but not necessarily limited to; supervising/training/hiring staff, leasing, qualifying tenants for LIHTC housing, ensuring compliance, collections, reporting, record keeping, scheduling vendors, property upkeep, and ensuring the comfort and safety of all residents.

Interested candidates should possess a strong work ethic and a minimum of 2 years property management experience. LIHTC experience is essential. Experience with Onesite, AMSI or similar software is a plus. Computer proficiency is essential.

Compensation for this position is $50K annual salary, plus an included 1-bedroom apartment. Hired candidate will be required to live onsite.
