We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate SoftWave Technician & Client Lead Coordinator to bring their expertise in healthcare or wellness to our innovative team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in both therapeutic and client-facing environments, offering a blend of hands-on treatment and proactive customer engagement. Don’t worry, no experience with softwave is required as we will provide all of the necessary training.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver transformative SoftWave treatments with precision and care, making a real difference in our patients' health and recovery.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential patients, guiding them through their journey from initial inquiry to treatment success.
- Utilize your exceptional communication skills to nurture leads and convert inquiries into loyal clients.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of patient treatments and communications, fostering ongoing improvements in our service and care.
- Collaborate closely with a team of passionate professionals dedicated to setting new standards in health care.
Who You Are:
Experienced in healthcare or related fields with a background in understanding the human body (e.g., physical therapy, nursing, sports science, massage therapy, wellness spa).
A superb communicator who loves to connect and build relationships.
A multitasker who manages time and tasks efficiently, with a love for organization.
Interested in technology and enthusiastic about learning and applying innovative treatment methods.
Previous CRM software experience is a plus, but not necessary—we provide training!
