Position: General Construction Laborers (Landscape Maintenance)

Location: Lompoc, CA, and Santa Maria - Must be local to the area

We are currently seeking temporary General Laborers to undertake manual labor tasks at a private residence.

Ideal candidates will possess stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential, as maintaining a clean worksite is imperative.

Starting wage rate will be based on experience.

Requirements:

- Physical capability to bend, stoop, squat, lift up to 50+ lbs, stand, and sit for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours a day)

- Experience in General Construction Labor, Carpentry, Masonry, or Landscaping

- Self-motivated and takes initiative

- Ability to follow instructions accurately

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Strong teamwork skills

- Proficient with manual labor tasks

- Fluent in English

- Competence in operating construction machinery such as drills, power saws, etc.

- Familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, etc., preferred

Compensation: $20-23 depending on experience
