MORTGAGE - REFERRAL PARTNER

We are seeking a motivated and well-connected individual to join the team as a Referral Partner for the Mortgage Brokerage. In this contract role, you will leverage your network and connections to refer potential clients who need mortgage financing solutions. As a Referral Partner, you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base and helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients who may require mortgage financing.

Act as a liaison between clients and the mortgage brokerage, providing initial information and facilitating introductions.

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth referral process and address any questions or concerns.

Collaborate with the team to ensure that all referrals are processed efficiently and effectively.

Represent Mortgage Brokerage with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry, including real estate agents, property developers, and other related professionals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Knowledge of mortgage products and services preferred, but not required.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve results, with a track record of success in sales or relationship management roles.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on commitments.

Previous experience in mortgage lending or financial services is a plus.

Must be legally eligible to work and enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
