Dealership detail crew team leader

Lee Auto Group - Tampa is a small, family owned used car dealership that is growing fast! We are looking for a crew team leader for our detail department.

The position includes:

Being the in between person for the entire detail crew and the service manager

Assigning job duties and checking quality of work

Managing work load and prioritizing work load

The team leader will need to be able to communicate in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking.
