Landscaping/Hardscape Crew Members Apprentice

Our team specializes in residential and commercial landscaping, retaining walls, patios, fire features, storm water management, outdoor lightning, decorative concrete landscape edging and commercial lawn care and maintenance, as well as commercial and residential fertilization programs.
We're an established company that has seen explosive growth since 2020. We can offer you a competitive hour rate based on experience plus we offer bonus pay based which on average will increase your hourly wage by $2.00.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are hiring a hardscape/landscaping crew member apprentice, no experience necessary in the landscaping industry. Our goal is to provide training to a coachable, trainable and motivated individual who would like to learn the skill of building retaining walls, paver patios, outdoor living spaces, landscaping and concrete edging installation.
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Able to work around heavy machinery, learn how to operate heavy machinery, and hand tools.
Frequently lift and/or move up to and more than 50 pounds
