Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality sushi dishes using fresh ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by handling all food and beverages in a safe and hygienic manner.

Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas and dishes.

Train and mentor kitchen staff on sushi preparation and presentation techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef with a strong understanding of various sushi types and sushi rice.

A deep appreciation for food quality and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent knife skills and familiarity with Japanese cuisine.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively as part of a team.
