Perform all work in accordance with Company's Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policy, and Company Rules. Perform miscellaneous duties within the entire interior or exterior of the site as directed by Supervision.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIESMust have average skill level in the following areas: Grounds Maintenance Building and floor MaintenanceQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma / GED 2 years of prior custodial experience preferred Safe work practices Methods and techniques of cleaning and preserving floors, furniture, walls and fixtures. Operational characteristics of cleaning equipment and chemicalsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and frequently 30 lbs. without the use of mechanical lifting devices. Ability to continuously work in positions requiring grasping and repetitive movement. Ability to frequently work in positions requiring kneeling, standing, walking, climbing and performing repetitive movement tasks. Ability to work in areas with temperature extremes.
