Multi-Family Maintenance
Do you have on-site maintenance work experience on Multi-Family/Residential properties? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians at our property located in Canton Michigan.
Maintenance Supervisor:
Do you have at least 4 years of maintenance experience and 2 years of supervisory experience? As Maintenance Supervisor for Ridgeline Apartments in Canton MI, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing maintenance and preventative maintenanceneeds, working with vendors,prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems. HVAC Certification is REQUIRED for this position.

Responsibilities:
Oversee other maintenance and grounds personnel.
Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs, etc.
Working with the vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects.
Prepping apartments for make-ready turns
General maintenance duties as necessary
On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls
Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems
Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical
Maintenance Technician:
Do you have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties? As Maintenance Technician at Ridgeline at Canton in Canton, Michigan. You will be responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and completingpreventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
