FULL TIME MAINTENANCE/HOUSEMAN

The Broadway Plaza Hotel, located at 1155 Broadway (@27th Street). is looking for a full time maintenance worker/houseman. Responsibilities include but are not limited to repairs in guestrooms and public areas throughout the hotel, painting, accepting and securing deliveries of goods, laundry pulls, mopping, garbage removal, miscellaneous cleaning and maintenance duties etc. Days and hours are Tues through Sat from 9 AM-5 PM. Starting hourly rate is $18.00-$19.00 per hour.
