A Manufacturing Company is hiring a Human Resource Generalist in Medford NY!Location: Medford NYSalary: 63K –80KSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30AM – 5PMJob Description The Human Resources Generalist will support HR Manager with recruitment, payroll, benefit administration and onboarding. · Talent Acquisition: Manage sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of qualified candidates. · Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientation and maintain ATS system · Benefits: Manage benefits administration including claims resolution, payment of invoices and benefits reporting requirements. Manage and track medical, FMLA, 401K, Compensation policies and adhere to all Pay Transparency Law · Record Keeping: Maintain HRIS systems all federal state and local employment laws and regulations. · Employee Relations: Handles all employee disciplinary meetings, investigations and terminations. · Payroll: process all weekly and bi weekly payroll Additional Qualifications:· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Organizational Development · 3+ years experience working in Human Resource · Experience in Manufacturing highly preferred · SHRM Certified Professional - nice to have. · Proficient in Paylocity, HRIS systems or Payroll systems · Excellent communication skills in both verbal and writing.
