URGENT HIRING FOR MACHINE OPERATOR, PAY $18/HR, MANTENO, ILLINOIS

Description:Candidates will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and changing over food processing equipment to make pizzas

In the bakery department candidates are mainly operating mixing machines, filling machines and baggers

Candidates can switch between operating a mixer, filler and grinding machine work in teams of 3-4

Grinding machine - scooping cauliflower into a grinding machine to turn it into a more fine material, from there is goes into the mixer where it is mixed with other materials to make a doughy product

Bagger operators need to change and monitor the speed (Fill Time) temperature, smart scale weights and vibration before each order and monitor the film on the bags

Reading and interpreting a batch ticket to make dough

Weighing the ingredients and adding specific amounts of raw materials and starches to each batch

Certain batches being made require candidates to operate a tumbler as well to mix materials with specific starches, flour, egg etc. 2-3 days a week the tumbler is run

The batch will be added to the mixer and mixed and then moved through the filling machine where it comes out as a large string of dough, from here it goes into the cutting machine and is cut into balls of dough, it is then pressed and goes through an oven to be heated and then blast freezed. It is then packaged/wrapped with a film and cartoned to prepare to be shipped

Candidates will be setting up and monitoring equipment on the line including mixing machines, fillers, oven, pressed, baggers, cartoners etc.

General laborers handle the sanitation of all the machinery

Responsible for monitoring temperatures, speed, durations, changing out rolls, wiping down machinery, making adjustments clearing jams etc.

Making adjustments, clearing jams,

Hand and power tools for basic repairs

Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Visual & Quality inspections

GMP experience necessary1st shift 6am -2:30 PM 2 Openings

2nd shift 2PM - 10 30PM (.75 Cent Shift Premium) 2 Opening

3rd Shift 10PM - 6:00 AM (1 Dollar Shift Premium) 2 Openings
