General responsibilities will include-

Setting up your station and keeping it organized according to guidelines.

Prepare food in a safe, sanitary and timley manner. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Restock items as needed throughout your shift. Assist with the cleaning, organizing and sanitation of kitchen, walk in/ reach in coolers and all storage areas. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by kitchen management.

Pay DOE plus tips. Possible discounted RV site, use of rental boat or kayak with prior approval.

Located in the Rogue-Siskyou National forest on Hwy 140 halfway between Medford and Klamath Falls.
