Maintenance Technician

We are a home improvement company, that specializes in exterior home maintenance. We work in all weather - even cold and rain.

Pay is commensurate with previous job experience. Work hours may include day, evenings and/or weekends. The ideal candidate for this position has some experience in the home improvement industry. Solid verbal and written communication skills and good time management are required for this position.

Job Functions:

Must be able to operate 32 ft ladder and work from elevated heights

Power Washing

Gutter Cleaning and Installation

Painting

Window Cleaning

Paver Repairs

Roof Cleaning

Position Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must be able to repeatedly lift minimum of 50 pounds

Must be able to continually bend & stoop

Must be able to operate power and hand tools

Must have an Android or Apple phone for communication and pictures
