Description This large, dynamic firm is seeking candidates for their Executive Assistant position. For this position, we're looking for candidates who are professional and highly-skilled, and ready to maintain various administrative duties for executive management. This is a hybrid role, Monday - Wednesday in office, Thursday, Friday remote. Your responsibilities in this role
Arrange reports and financial data
Schedule travel and meeting arrangements
Handle incoming calls
Prepping for presentations
Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations
