Customer Care Coordinator
Job DescriptionThis team member will be assisting with our clients 1- 800 phone line and helping to answer emails and phone calls from customers in our clients National Accounts Portfolio. Requests from customers may include but are not limited to: invoice copies, explanation of charges, disputing charges, and records requests for company audits.The customer service coordinator will also have around 15-20 cases a day and a combination of 10-12 inbound/outbound calls per day.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
